Our Team

Meet the people who make this organization possible.

Panh Nha Song

Licensed Professional Counselor, MAC, LPC

I am not just a counselor (LPC), but I am a daughter, wife, mother, grandma, sister and friend. I am bilingual in Hmong and English. I came to the US as a refugee from Thailand when I was a year old and have experienced growing up and struggling with my own identity between two different cultures. Although the journey was difficult, I eventually became a US citizen. I am married and have four kids, but lost my oldest child to cancer when he was 24 years old. No one is without needing help. I, too, had my own therapist to see. I’ve had some life experiences that definitely taught me important lessons, to be resilient, and made me the empathetic person that I am today. I am grateful to many people who helped me along my journey, and just want to share my gift with others.

I have over 10 years of experience working in healthcare, in a day treatment for adolescents, a homeless shelter, and career counseling. I graduated from UW – Green Bay with a Bachelor’s in Human Development and from Lakeland University with a Master of Arts in Counseling. I also have a faith background for those requesting biblical counseling.

Cali Vashou

Licensed Professional Counselor – IT, MS

Although I may currently be an intern therapist, my life experience goes far beyond textbooks and clinical hours. I’m a survivor of narcissistic abuse, a former single parent of five, and someone who rebuilt a life from the ground up—with no financial support and a heart full of determination. I specialize in trauma recovery, narcissistic abuse, self-esteem, confidence, career development, and life transitions. I also run a nonprofit dedicated to supporting domestic abuse survivors because I believe healing is a right, not a privilege. My journey led me to raise five incredible kids, find love again, and embrace a life filled with art, poetry, and three fur babies I absolutely adore.

Before stepping into the world of therapy, I worked as a Web Architect (aka UX Designer) creating technology for medical devices, healthcare products, and government software. I spent years creating tools meant to help people, but what I truly longed for was to reach back and help others walking the painful path I once knew so well. That’s what brought me to therapy. My approach is holistic and deeply personalized, blending CBT, trauma-informed care, narrative therapy, and life design coaching. I offer not just a safe space, but a deeply human one—where your story is honored, your healing is supported, and your potential is never out of reach.
